As a biracial daughter of a Filipina immigrant and the granddaughter of Swiss/German immigrants, I grew up in the Bay Area navigating multiple cultures and learning what it means to live between worlds. My own experiences with intergenerational expectations, faith deconstruction, and life as a progressively political military spouse have given me a deep appreciation for the complexity of belonging. They continue to shape my commitment to providing culturally responsive, trauma-informed care grounded in curiosity that honors each client's unique story.

Outside of Therapy
When I’m not in sessions, you’ll likely find me spending time with my partner, family, friends, and my failed service dog, Frankie.
I love exploring new coffee shops, squeezing in a barre class, listening to Noah Kahan or 90s/2000s R&B, catching the sunset, or winding down with a junky reality TV show.
I appreciate the simple moments that help me recharge so I can show up fully for the people in my life and for my clients.
